What you'll actually walk away with.

Day One
Two sessions. I'll show you the set point — the thermostat your nervous system is running, the one that caps your income, your visibility, your relationships, your capacity. You'll learn why your body hits the brakes every time you approach expansion. Then I'll walk you through mapping your threat architecture — a four-domain activation scan that shows you exactly where your system holds tension and where your power resource lives. By tonight you'll know things about your body most people never discover.
Day Two
Two sessions. First: the distinction between survival drive and natural drive — the two engines running your ambition. You'll feel, in your own body, which one is actually fueling you and which one is eating you alive. Then Your Body Is The Belief — where you discover that your deepest beliefs don't live in your mind, they live in your posture, your fascia, your breath pattern. You'll do the Core Assessment practice and start to change beliefs from the body up.
Day Three
The most confronting session. We go to the code that built your ceiling — the childhood injunctions your nervous system is still following. "Don't be too much." "Don't outshine your parents." "Don't need anything." You'll name the one running your life. Then rackets — the persistent complaints that are costing you everything while paying you just enough to keep going. And you'll learn the Capacity Stretch — the practice that actually moves the set point.
Day Four
Two sessions. This is where practice meets fire. First: the Crucible — the most intense exercise of the entire series. You bring the biggest thing into the room and hold it while staying grounded. Dual awareness. Speaking truth while your body wants to shut down. Then your nervous system in every conversation — neuroception, co-regulation, and why your state is more contagious than your words. You'll rehearse the hardest conversation you've been avoiding — out loud, under load.
Day Five
The Operating System Upgrade. A fifteen-minute daily protocol — morning anchor, mid-day checks, evening integration — that makes everything permanent. Then somatic declarations — not affirmations, declarations that come from the body, not at the body. By the second week, your baseline has moved. By the fourth week, the people around you are asking what you did.

Who I am, and why I can teach you this.

Jakob Gricar

My name is Jakob Gricar. I'm the founder of The Dharma Academy and the architect of Purpose Architecture — the methodology underneath everything on this page.

I've been mentored by one of the pioneers of somatic work — someone whose method now runs through most serious nervous system training you'll find today. What I teach comes out of that lineage, not a weekend certification.

I've coached multi-six-figure founders — the people you'd expect to have it together — through the exact pattern I'm describing on this page. They came in wired, numb, and leaking money into the wrong drive. They left with a body that actually belonged to them, and a business that ran from a different engine.

I built my own company. I burned out inside of it. I rebuilt myself from the inside out — and I'm still running the same venture. The difference is I'm no longer a slave to it. The 5 days on this page are the shortest version of what changed everything.

Short version of how I got here.

About a year ago I was sitting on my parents' terrace in Slovenia. My body had tried to stop me twice before lunch — chest seized shut, had to sit down and wait for it to pass.

I had built the business I'd been chasing for years. It was working. On paper, I had done the thing.

And my nervous system didn't care.

It was still running the old program — more, faster, don't stop, prove it. I had mistaken my activation for ambition. My dissociation for discipline. My chasing for calling.

That afternoon was the day my nervous system finally got louder than my strategy. Everything in the 5 days comes from what I did after that.
