Who I am, and why I can teach you this.
My name is Jakob Gricar. I'm the founder of The Dharma Academy and the architect of Purpose Architecture — the methodology underneath everything on this page.
I've been mentored by one of the pioneers of somatic work — someone whose method now runs through most serious nervous system training you'll find today. What I teach comes out of that lineage, not a weekend certification.
I've coached multi-six-figure founders — the people you'd expect to have it together — through the exact pattern I'm describing on this page. Short version of how I got here.
About a year ago I was sitting on my parents' terrace in Slovenia. My body had tried to stop me twice before lunch — chest seized shut, had to sit down and wait for it to pass.
