Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of thedharmaacademy.com and any products or services purchased through it. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The Dharma Academy OÜ is a company registered in Estonia under the Estonian e-Residency program.

Products and Delivery

We sell digital audio products delivered via private podcast feed through Hello Audio. Upon purchase, you receive a unique feed link that grants access to the content you purchased. This link is personal to you and may not be shared.

Subscription products provide ongoing access to new content for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, access to new content stops at the end of your current billing period.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product — one-time or recurring.

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.

Right of Withdrawal — EU Consumers

Under EU consumer protection law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon purchase and that you waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been made available to you. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Acceptable Use

You may not redistribute, resell, or share your private podcast feed link. You may not record, download, or redistribute the audio content in any form. You may not use our products or content for commercial purposes without written permission. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access without refund.

Our products provide educational content related to nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and ontological coaching. They are not medical advice, therapy, or treatment for any medical or psychological condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that you take full responsibility for your use of the practices and frameworks taught in our content.

Intellectual Property

All content — audio recordings, written materials, frameworks, and methods — is the intellectual property of The Dharma Academy OÜ and/or Jakob Gricar. All rights reserved. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and listen to the content for your own private use.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dharma Academy OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, except where EU consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
